Persian rebels?

I’ve just stumbled upon this new anti-Syrian regime Farsi language channel. Not sure where it is based or how long it’s been broadcasting, but support for the uprising seems clear from the flag (top left). Both hosts spoke in Farsi as well. Would be interested if anyone knows more about this.
